About Boiler Pressure Loss
Boiler Pressure Loss, a specialist service from ADI Leak Detection. The office that answers, the engineer who checks your heating and the company behind the report are all ADI.
Who is behind this site
ADI Leak Detection was set up in 2011 by its founder, Adrian, when leaks were still usually found by taking things apart. He picked up non-invasive methods early and grew the company from a local service into a national one. After he died, ADI Leak Solutions Ltd was formed to carry the business on with the same name and principles. It is now led by managing director Monique Dray, who has been at ADI for over ten years.
ADI has more than twenty-five leak investigation engineers covering England, Scotland and Wales, and an office team in High Wycombe that books visits, plans the schedule, writes up reports and answers questions. ADI states that its engineers are qualified, registered plumbers. It does not offer general plumbing, and roofs and building fabric are outside its repairs.
ADI’s website cites more than a thousand five-star reviews on Trustpilot. The independent profile showed 4.7 from 1600+ reviews when we checked on 14 September 2026.

Why boiler pressure has its own website
Nobody searches for "central heating leak detection" on the first day. They search for the thing in front of them: a gauge that keeps dropping, an F22 on the display, a boiler that needs topping up again. By the time most people call a leak specialist, they have usually had a plumber or two out, tried bleeding the radiators, and wondered about leak sealer.
This site starts where you are, with the gauge, and explains what the pressure is telling you before it asks you to call. When you do call, you reach ADI's office. The service, the engineers and the terms are ADI's throughout.

What the office will ask you
Expect questions about how often you top up the pressure, which boiler you have, how many radiators there are and whether leak sealer has gone into the system. The office then quotes the job and books the engineer, sends the report afterwards, and takes any questions your insurer has about the findings.

Read moreHamaad from ADI was great. He was very thorough with his work and communicated everything very clearly. He was able to locate the leak and provided a detailed report that could be shared with my insurer. He went above and beyond to answer questions about my insurance claim from both me and my insurer. I'd highly recommend their services.
